The color is nothing like the photo. Customer service is horrible. The quality of hair is good but smelt like it came from a smoking environment
The wig was not the color that was portrayed on the website. It was much darker. The quality in the air was good, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. It took weeks to get the product and when I tried to get an authorization to send it back, they have not responded to me still. So I have a wig that I can’t use, and I still owe the rest.
I am trying to return this item. It is a poor quality. The merchant is not responding to my request to return and issue a refund. The color is purple - not silver gray.
I ordered wigs ! wigs beautiful and smell great !! Good quality with the right type of wig cap its made on.
